Help! I've changed my mind
In line with Australian Consumer Law, we are unable to offer refunds on change of mind purchases.
However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit in these cases if the jewellery is unworn and in its original condition. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send the jewellery back in the original packaging to PO Box 1121 Hillarys WA 6923 within 14 days of purchase.
Please not that due to hygiene reasons, earring sales cannot be exchanged or refunded except in the case of a faulty product.
Help! My ring doesn't fit
We encourage you to check out our detailed ring size guide before placing your order, to give yourself the best change of a perfect fit the first time. However, if upon receiving your new jewellery it's still not quite right, we are happy to exchange it for another size.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and post the jewellery back to POBox 1121 Hillarys WA 6923 within 14 days of purchase.
Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Help! My order is broken/faulty
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and offer a 60 day manufacturing warranty.
If anything about your order is less than perfect, please email us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org, with a picture of your jewellery and order number, and we will be happy to sort it out for you!
