The ring is really nice, I ordered the wrong size at first, it was delivered really quickly. When I realized I had ordered too big a size, I contacted Mermaid beach co, initiated the exchange process and had a smaller ring delivered faster than I expected.

The ring size based on the sizing chart was far too big, I have returned to exchange for a smaller size and am currently still waiting for the store credit. The product is beautiful, the initial processing and postage was quick, I'm really hoping the exchange and shipping process will be just as fast this time as the ring has been purchased for a special occasion.
